We’re seeking an out-of-the box thinker and passionate “player/coach-style” leader who is results driven, energetic, organized and motivated to advance United Way’s mission to help every Quad Citizen live their best possible life.
African American Leadership Society Manager
The African American Leadership Society Manager will be a highly organized, self-directed, strategic thinker who sets direction, meets deadlines and solves problems while developing and maintaining effective relationships inside United Way and out in the community.
The successful candidate will have the ability to organize and engage volunteers in implementing a work plan to improve circumstances, address inequities and reduce opportunity gaps for African American Quad Citizens, with a particular focus on tackling educational disparities impacting African American youth. The AALS Manager designs programs and activities to increase the number of African American philanthropists engaged in supporting minorities and giving back to the community through AALS and United Way.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR an equivalent combination of education and at least four years of project management experience.
