Day of Action – School Supply Drive

This year, thousands of Quad Cities children will not have the school supplies needed to start school.

United Way will host Day of Action on June 22, 2017 to collect needed school supplies.

How can you help?

1. Host a School Supply Drive 

Items needed: pencils, pens (blue or black), erasers, pencil cases, spiral notebooks, loose paper, composition books, pocket folders, crayons, markers (prefer washable), colored pencils, scissors, glue sticks, backpacks, Trapper Keepers.

School supply drop-off June 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Wood Intermediate, 5701 N. Division, Davenport.

2. Give

$15 = backpack with everything 1 student needs
$60 = 4 students
$500 = 33 students

3. Volunteer

On June 22, volunteers are needed from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. to help collect, sort, and distribute school supplies.
